Lead Trainer
Samuel Weru
Counselling Psychologist | Trainer | Facilitator
He is the founding Director of The Launchpad Limited and a Lead Facilitator. Mr. Samuel has 19 years of experience working in the Public Service, with his last assignment being as a workplace counsellor at the Directorate of Public Service Management.
He holds a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, diplomas in Counselling Psychology and Counsellor Supervision, a bachelor’s degree in Education Arts, and several certificate courses in management.
Samuel has a passion for experiential facilitation and team building. As a facilitator, he is creative, humorous, and uses team activities to simplify complex management theories and concepts.
He is registered by the Counsellors and Psychologists Board of Kenya and is a licensed counsellor.
